Basic always on top, small form factor Task Manager

The goal, get the task manager to always stay on top in a small form factor way. Without installing any third-party tools.

How it’s done:

Open up task manager, click the options tab, click always on top

Then head to performance, and double clock one of the counters

And now you’re all set
